When can I collect my order?
Please select Pick Up from our store in Kilsyth at the time of check out. You will receive an email or text once your order is ready for collection. You can pick it up at any time during business hours. You have 5 days from the day you place your order to collect it. After this time your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded. If you are unable to pick up your order within 5 days, please contact us so we can arrange an alternate date.
Where do I pick up my order?
Our store is located at 412-418 Liverpool Road, Kilsyth, Victoria 3137. Go to the front desk, give your name and order number so we can locate your order.
Deliveries
When will I receive my delivery?
All deliveries will be dispatched within 1-2 days of order. You will receive a delivery confirmation and estimate once the order has been processed.
Deliveries are made on Monday - Friday only. If you have a preferred date please make note of this in the comments section of your order.

Do I need to be there to receive my delivery?
Please ensure someone will be on site to receive the delivery or make sure there is an appropriate safe area for the goods to be dropped off. Please include these details in the comments section of you order. If our driver deems there is no appropriate area or it may be unsafe to unload, the delivery will not be made and an additional delivery charge will be required for a second delivery.
Where do you deliver to?
At this time, deliveries via our online store are only made to Melbourne inner suburbs and outer eastern regions, see the FAQ question below and head to our delivery page. If you require a delivery out of this area, please feel free to contact our store by the details below.
How much does delivery cost?
You will have to select one of 4 delivery zones at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed if the wrong delivery zone has been selected. To determine your delivery zone, please see our Delivery page for more details.

Payment
How do I pay for my order?
Currently our online store is only accepting Stripe credit card payments for orders. Stripe is known as one of the leading sources for online transactions. You can rest easy knowing all of your details and transactions are guarded and monitored.
Can I pay EFT over the phone or Direct Debit while ordering online?
At the moment we cannot offer these options through our online store, although we are working on it.

Returning Goods
General Returns
Items for return must be returned to our store in Kilsyth within 14 days from receipt of order. Goods must be in as new and unused condition to receive a refund. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returned items unless damaged or faulty.
Damaged Goods
Goods that have been damaged in transit or delivered in damaged condition must be reported within 7 days to receive a refund or replacement. To raise any issues in regard to the quality of goods please get in touch with us through the contact details below.
Defective Goods
Faulty or defective goods must be returned to store within 14 days from receipt of order. To organise a refund or replacement of a defective product please get in touch via the contact details below.
